Covid-19 Safety Procedures

Thanks for visiting us. We want to take this opportunity to briefly address some important details and concerns with you.

HVAC and building maintenance/repair is considered critical service and is on the list of essential businesses, which means we will remain open to serve our community and those in need.

How We Are Keeping You Safe?

In order to ensure the safety of our customers and technicians, we have put the following procedures in place for every service call or personal interaction:

  • During your initial call or email with us, we will ask if you need anything before we visit your home. How can we help you feel safer and more comfortable? Do you need us to pick anything up?
  • We provide a variety of online communication resources for anyone interested in our services. If you need an estimate or a quote, give us a call at (810) 355-1669 and we’ll accommodate you over the phone. Or, use our convenient estimate request form to receive a detailed quote online.
  • We will do our best to maintain a safe distance at all times. If you feel more comfortable, our technicians can communicate through text/phone call while you remain in another part of your home or office. Our technicians always wear boot covers and will wear protective masks and/or gloves at your request. Our technicians also carry hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes and are diligent about cleaning their vehicles, tools, and workspaces after each service call.

We are monitoring this situation closely and will modify our procedures if necessary, which will be updated on this notice. If you have any other additional needs, questions, or feedback regarding our COVID-19 safety procedures, please let us know.
